For house hold projects where the water requirements are not great, we site the well with the help of GPS and referring to geological maps, local knowledge of the underground water reserves is also an important factor, and over the years we have collected a data base of information which greatly assists the siting of a well.
For larger projects we are able to offer electric sounding and seismic surveys.
Topographical Surveys are carried out by legally recognised surveyers in Spain.
In all cases prior to drilling, authorization is required by the Ministry of Mines. Also authorization to extract water is granted by the Ministry of Environment. We take care of all the necessary paperwork and provide an efficient and trouble free service.
We keep up to date on any legislation changes. Reclassification of land from dry rural to irrigated rural, brings huge advantages where the constructed surface pro-rata to the size of the plot is of primary importance.
